Return Eligibility
- Defective or Damaged Items Only – We only accept returns for products that arrive defective or damaged. Returns for other reasons, including dissatisfaction with effects or personal preference, cannot be accepted.
- 2-Day Return Window – Returns must be initiated within 2 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
Return Process
- Proof of Purchase – Please provide the original receipt as proof of purchase.
- Original Packaging – Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
- Verification – Our team will inspect the item for defects or damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
